As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse range of hydraulic products, industry applications, and vendor relationships. You'll work closely with our sales team, support customer calls, and drive new business growth through strategic planning and forecasting. You will also lead the charge in identifying opportunities for product and application improvements while continuously supporting our sales team with training and valuable insights.
Your role will involve:
- Managing a comprehensive portfolio of hydraulic products and related vendor relationships.
- Leading efforts to identify product gaps and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
- Collaborating with our sales team to secure new business and provide valuable support on customer calls.
- Coordinating pricing strategy, sales, market planning, and forecasting.
- Offering product and application training to our inside sales team.
What We Are Looking For:
- 7 years of experience in outside sales or technical sales in a related field.
- Strong background in hydraulic applications, including a deep understanding of field applications and equipment.
- Proven ability to craft and execute sales strategies and present value propositions to customers at all levels.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
