About us
We are a privately-owned outpatient physical therapy and sports performance clinic with two locations in Greenville NC, and Morehead City, NC. Our primary focus is to live through our motto “Together Stronger” to serve the athletes and active population of Eastern North Carolina. We are currently hiring at both locations and are seeking physical therapists with outpatient experience.
We are able to provide comprehensive treatment plans with our multi-disciplinary team approach that includes; physical therapy, sports performance, athletic training, adult fitness, and recovery services.

General Job Objective
Here at Youngs, we do things differently as PTs. We create close relationships with our patients, understand their needs, create effective plans of care for them to achieve their goals, and prepare them to live their best life.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review pertinent medical history and referral information for each new evaluation
- Take a thorough medical history outlining pertinent information contributing to the patient’s condition
- Analyze movement dysfunctions and musculoskeletal impairments contributing to each patient’s condition
- Work together with each patient to develop patient centered goals and define a performance plan necessary to achieve these goals, including choosing the right provider for follow up visits
- Develop an effective performance plan to contribute to each patient’s long-term success and capacity to live their best life
- Review and modify treatments, care plans, and goals throughout each patient’s episode of care
- Efficiently document each patient visit including objective measures, treatment provided, assessment of progress, and plan for future sessions
- Use a variety of techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement techniques to improve patient pain, mobility, strength, and functional capacity
- Effectively collaborate with other providers to provide excellent continuity of care for each patient
- Demonstrate effective communication with front desk personnel to schedule patient visits and manage each patient’s individual needs during their episode of care

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
