Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our retail stores and donation centers in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service, efficient staff management, and effective inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all functions of the retail store and donation center, including customer service, sales, and inventory management
- Oversee the other customer service supervisors and ensure excellent customer service standards
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
