About the Role:
Dormotech, a Healthtech startup, is seeking a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and execute our commercial strategy in the field of sleep diagnostics. This position plays a critical role in boosting revenue, increasing market presence, and cultivating strong connections with essential partners, such as healthcare providers and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, sales, and customer relationship strategies tailored to the sleep diagnostics industry.
- Gain deep expertise in the sleep diagnostic process, ensuring strategic alignment from the end-user experience to provider needs and insurance coverage.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to enhance product positioning and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurers, and key industry partners to drive market penetration and service integration.
- Direct cross-functional teams, promoting teamwork across departments to meet commercial goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge and drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles within the medical or healthcare sector, ideally with a focus on diagnostics or sleep medicine.
- At least one similar leadership role in the last five years, demonstrating proven success in commercial strategy within sleep diagnostics or a related field.
- Deep understanding of sleep science diagnostics, including patient experience, provider needs, and insurance considerations.
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth in a medical or diagnostic services environment.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and sales strategies within the medical or sleep diagnostics industry.
