What you will do:
This position is perfect for you if you have a passion for communication and design along with an eye for detail. We’re looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, creative Communications Specialist who can help us connect our people to our purpose. In this role, you’ll bring your talents to drafting, editing, and producing content for our website, our company newsletter, and informative emails for new initiatives. You’ll travel to cities around the country to manage and coordinate our conference presence. You’ll use your superior organizational skills with a process and detail-oriented mindset to test and monitor our company’s intranet/client portal and website.

At a minimum, you’ll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related area
- Solid Microsoft experience (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Intermediate to excellent skills in Microsoft cloud-based team collaboration (SharePoint, Teams)
- Familiarity with managing websites including subdomains
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools
- Excellent writing, editorial, and proofreading skills
- Superior organizational skills with a process and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience with WordPress
- Digital analytics skills (Google analytics, SEO)
- Experience with Constant Contact
- Relentless curiosity and a passion for using and experimenting with communication technologies
