Job Title : Graphic Designer
FLSA Status : Exempt
Location : Lehi
General Summary : Our Graphic Designer will work closely with our creative team. Daily projects include creating new designs and reimagining art across media (print, web, social media, merchandise, etc). This position reports to our Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing, working closely with the entire creative team and cross-department stakeholders.
Essential Job Functions :
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality in a timely manner.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts of art and content regarding arrangements, size, type, and related aesthetics.
- Ensures all design projects are properly branded and follows the Younique Style Guide.
- Strong design ideation, conceptualization, and execution skills.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, layout, typography, and brand strategy
- Strong communication and project management skills with a strength in managing multiple deadlines.
