The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for maintaining direct communication between clients and the organization. Performs a variety of administrative functions in support of senior management to ensure exceptional client service and efficient operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Expertise & Quality
- Letter and presentation processing, binding, and document scanning.
- Report formatting and processing.
- Processing electronic file requests.
- Process Audit Confirmations.
- Coordination and scheduling of appointments and / or meetings.
- Compile and maintain records for client accounts.
- Monitor PBC completion using applicable software.
- Communicate between management and clients to ensure engagement readiness.
- Liaison to internal departments with client feedback and requests to adjust service offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
