Full-Time New Client & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Sioux Falls
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

NoBel Holdings is the parent company of multiple businesses, including Your Best Address (a virtual mail forwarding company) and Moveology 605 (a chiropractic and wellness clinic). We are looking for a Full-Time New Client & Marketing Coordinator to help grow both businesses by managing social media, engaging with leads, following up on new client inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer retention.
This role is split between:
✅ Your Best Address (20 hours/week): Supporting RVers, digital nomads, expats, and businesses with mail forwarding, South Dakota residency, and vehicle registration solutions.
✅ Moveology 605 (20 hours/week): Helping new and existing clients discover chiropractic, acupuncture, and wellness services to improve their health and quality of life.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Capture & Follow-Up
- Monitor and respond to inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
- Proactively follow up with potential clients to nurture them through the sales process.
- Convert leads into paying customers through effective communication and follow-up.
New Client Onboarding & Retention
- Guide new clients through the account setup and service selection process.
- Ensure clients understand how to use their services and feel supported.
- Follow up with expiring clients to encourage renewals and maintain retention.
Business Growth & Optimization
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.
- Work with leadership to refine lead conversion and retention strategies.
- Identify new opportunities to increase client engagement and satisfaction.
Social Media & Marketing
- Manage and grow social media accounts for both businesses (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging content, respond to comments/messages, and implement marketing campaigns.
- Track analytics and optimize engagement strategies.
