At Flathead River Ranch, we're looking for an experienced Ranch Hand/Property Caretaker to join our team and assist in maintaining our beautiful 127-acre property.
This role involves working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our ranch. Responsibilities include deadwood tree removal, fencing maintenance, equipment upkeep, ground maintenance, property upkeep, and maintaining multiple homes.
Responsibilities:
- Deadwood tree removal using chainsaws, pole saws, and shredders
- Fencing maintenance and repair
- Equipment upkeep, including cars, trucks, snowmobiles, 4-wheelers, and other machinery
- Grounds maintenance through lawn mowing, gardening, and flower bed care
- Demonstrating heavy equipment operation, tractor usage, and lawn mower maintenance skills
- Property maintenance, including building upkeep (staining/painting), roadways, and snow-removal
- Maintaining multiple homes, including cleaning and organization tasks
