Your Boat Club is seeking an experienced Assistant Location Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Lake Vermilion location. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, work closely with our service department, and maintain a safe and enjoyable boating experience for members and renters.

Your Boat Club is committed to providing the finest boating experiences that are both safe and enjoyable without any hassle. We have over 40 locations across four states, offering memberships, daily rentals, full marina services, and bike, UTV, and snowmobile rentals.
Your Boat Club is seeking an experienced Assistant Location Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Lake Vermilion location. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, work closely with our service department, and maintain a safe and enjoyable boating experience for members and renters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees in providing exceptional customer service.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations covering boating, water, trails, and more.
- Maintain boats in a clean and organized state, adhering to company standards.
- Assist members and renters throughout the boating experience, including loading and unloading vessels.
- Rental and Member check-in/out processing, including gassing and inspecting for damages.
- Schedule dock staff and manage the Polaris fleet.
- Oversee area fleet deliveries and transportation.
- Manage inventory, retail space, and displays.
- Assist with financial reporting and POS systems.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of boating and/or marina management experience.
- 1-3 years of staff management, including hiring and training.
- Prior knowledge of the area, trail system(s), body of water, etc., is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills.
