We are looking for a highly motivated Boating Club Assistant Manager to join our team at Lake Vermilion. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club, including staffing, training, and scheduling of dockhands. You will also work closely with our service department to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and prior knowledge about the area, trail system(s), body of water, etc. is a plus.
This is a full-time, seasonal position that runs through late October, offering a competitive hourly rate based on experience.
