Job Overview:
We are a dynamic in-flight catering company serving NE Florida and SE Georgia striving to provide elevated catering services for the private aviation and charter flights.
We are seeking a versatile and driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of culinary expertise, business acumen and passion for delivering exceptional service. The Garde Manager chef needs experience working with meats, cheeses, salads and other fresh cold & hot food. While specializing in cold food most have some experience cooking hot food also. Most of the work you will be doing is small, decorated tray of cold foods, some examples of items you will be doing.

· Cheese Displays
· Charcuterie Displays
· Seafood Displays
· Salads
· Sandwiches
· Cold and hot crew meals.
This position is a early morning position so if you are not a morning person please do not send your resume.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cold food items including salads, dressings, and cold appetizers
- Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food production
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food service management and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques and flavor profiles
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Ability to manage shifts effectively and work well under pressure
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
