Assistant Manager - Retail Sales Associate - PART TIME 12-30 hours per week!
Your CBD Store SUNMED has now opened over 700 stores throughout the U.S and is still growing in the Midwest. We are focused on bringing the highest quality CBD products nationwide but each store has a nice small town feel. We want to teach the community about the benefits of CBD and be the innovator in the industry. We are looking to add to our Sioux Falls team!
Applicants should have a general interest and/or knowledge in CBD, or a strong willingness to learn quickly on how products are beneficial. We have a great training program through webinars so learning and retaining knowledge will be a must. We provide a red-carpet experience for every customer and want each person to get the right products tailored toward their specific needs.
Duties:
-Find and attend marketing events in the area
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Conduct product samples to showcase features and benefits
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
