Full-time
Remote / Hybrid (Only in Office 3 days a week)
Work schedule 10am-7pm

Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary contact for all inbound seller communications, ensuring a responsive and professional first point of interaction.

Efficiently manage and nurture leads within our CRM, guiding potential sellers from initial contact to readiness for acquisition.

Coordinate closely with the dispositions team to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Analyze market trends to continuously refine lead engagement strategies.

Generate regular reports detailing lead management activities and outcomes.

Will also help with building and nurturing realtor relationships, and wholesaler relationships.

Qualification :

Demonstrated success in a role requiring direct customer interaction and lead management.

Real estate background strongly preferred but not required

High proficiency in using CRM software to manage and nurture leads.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Compensation :

40,000 / Yearly Commissions potential Annual Earnings $65,000
