Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant/Care Giver to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of care, particularly in nursing homes or memory care facilities.
Duties
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and respect resident rights
- Prepare meals and provide cooking assistance as needed
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily routines
- Provide care and companionship to seniors in long-term care settings
Skills
- Proficiency in first aid procedures
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of memory care practices
- Familiarity with senior care and nursing home environments
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
