Your Concierge Connection is hiring an outgoing, enthusiastic experienced Guest Service Manager for our upscale retail shopping center in Riverton, Utah. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bring our team to the next level. The candidate will be overseeing and managing the guest service team and working directly with the marketing department of the shopping center. Candidate should have five years of experience in a related field
Responsibilities
Direct daily operations of the retail guest service team
Recruit, train. and mentor associates
Scheduling and payroll responsibilities
Daily communication with property management and on-site tenants
Event assistance and preparation
Website updates and social media assistance
Provide superior customer service to shoppers and tenants
Attend weekly staff meeting
Assist marketing department with various projects
Computer proficiency

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
