The Role : As a Dental Assistant, you are the right hand of our doctors, the calming presence for our patients, and the organizational force behind a smooth-running clinical team. You ensure treatments are performed efficiently, patients feel comfortable, and the practice operates at its best.

Your role is essential, and heres why :

Be the Doctors Right Hand Anticipate the needs of the dentist during procedures, assist with instruments, and maintain precision in a fast-paced environment.
Create a Calm & Confident Patient Experience Educate patients, ease anxieties, and ensure they fully understand their treatments.
Maintain Clinical Excellence Follow top-tier sterilization and infection control protocols, ensuring a pristine and compliant workspace.
Master Digital Dentistry Capture clear X-rays, take digital impressions, and assist with the latest dental technology.
Optimize Workflows Manage inventory, track lab cases, and ensure every room is prepared before the next patient walks in.

The Hours : Monday Thursday : 6 : 15 AM 3 : 45 PM Friday : 6 : 15 AM 2 : 00 PM

This schedule is for those who thrive in a structured, high-energy environment, love early starts, and appreciate work-life balance with free afternoons.

What You Bring :

Experience as a Dental Assistant (CDA / RDA preferred but not required).

Proficiency in chairside assisting, taking X-rays, and managing patient flow.

Strong communication skillsyou know how to educate, reassure, and connect with patients.

Ability to navigate dental software (Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend a plus!).

A proactive mindsetyou anticipate needs before they arise and take initiative.

A passion for patient careyou understand that every appointment is an opportunity to build trust and improve someones health.
