Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Identify and address the educational needs of staff through needs assessments and ongoing evaluation.
- Clinical Expertise: Serves as a clinical resource and role model, providing mentorship and guidance to staff.
- Professional Development: Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff, including continuing education, certifications, and advanced practice roles.
- Evidence-Based Practice: Promote the integration of evidence-based practices into clinical care through education and training.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership, other departments, and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective educational programs.
- Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum of [3] years of clinical experience
- Masters degree in nursing education or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in adult education principles and methodologies
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
