We are searching for a Director of Development to assist our Charleston region with Growth and Development.
This position will be working in the Ladson office daily. This is a full-time, salary-based 8-hr position (8:00AM-5:00PM) (Monday-Friday).

Your Health is currently looking for a Director of Development to join our growing urgent care family. The Director of Development plays a pivotal role in the companys growth and expansion strategy. The Director of Development is responsible for analyzing the market potential and profitability and to develop strategies to achieve the greatest market share for the company in the market. This position is responsible for spearheading the establishment of new accounts and developing established accounts. The Director of Development is to grow the companys services and be a positive reflection of the organization while being heavily involved in the community.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, while an Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in marketing or healthcare promotions is preferred.
- Must have previous experience in healthcare marketing.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
- Should demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.
