We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill our Practice Administrator role for our Singleton Ridge Clinic. The Practice Administrator will provide leadership to ensure excellence in clinical outcomes, patient experience, and compliance with healthcare standards. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and collaborating with leadership to optimize patient care.
This position would travel between both clinics. This is a salary-based position. Schedule: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead and manage a diverse healthcare team to create a collaborative and patient-centric environment.
- Oversee staff selection, training, evaluation, and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Manage daily operations of the physician's office, focusing on efficient workflows and patient experience.
- Recruit, train, and mentor healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
- Handle HR tasks such as interviewing, onboarding, training, payroll, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Implement performance evaluation processes and efficiency strategies.
- Collaborate with financial personnel to monitor expenses and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Foster team communication and coordinate care to enhance patient engagement.
- Interact with patients to gather information, schedule appointments, and provide instructions.
- Oversee clinic operations, ensuring optimal patient experience and compliance with regulations.
- Foster partnerships with healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and drive quality improvement efforts.
- Perform administrative tasks, utilize software systems for patient care and staff efficiency.
- Maintain availability during work hours and participate in coaching calls as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in healthcare management or administration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR tasks and financial management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare software systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed for business functions.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.
