Job Description
A successful candidate will bring their skill set to this small but dynamic business in these key areas:
· Develop, implement, and foster social media strategy
· Enhance and maintain branding for on-line retail platforms
· Drive customer engagement through high quality and creative content
· Assist as needed in our shipping department
Seize the opportunity to learn from a successful small business owner and be a part of their exponential growth stage. This candidate will work directly with the owner in determining priorities. Bring your video/photo editing and social media skills per platform standards and we’ll train in the specifics of our products and business model. While this position is primarily social media focused, as a small business with an “all hands-on deck” practice, these job aspects are expected as needed:
· Add value in media and content in the selling platform listings with pictures, videos, copy content, and updated description for SEO.
· Complete tasks as needed in production, packing and shipping.
This is a 15 - 20 hours part time, hourly, daytime position that allows schedule flexibility Monday through Friday. The exact number of hours per week can be discussed during the interview. The work location is ON-SITE at our production studio warehouse located in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin.

Required Qualifications:
· Skilled knowledge in best practices on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
· Ability to learn Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Etsy, and Faire selling platforms.
· A team player with flexibility and the ability to prioritize and manage work in a dynamic small business atmosphere.
· Decision making confidence within the scope of the job duties with the ability to propose suggestions for improving business and operation processes
· Great listening, verbal communication and written composition skills.
· Physical stamina to sit, stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift, ability to move and lift up to 30 lbs.
· Personal knowledge and interest in fabrics, sewing, crafts, and handmade products.
· Ability to work on-site in our Cottage Grove, Wisconsin location.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
