Job Overview:
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our clients, handle inquiries efficiently, and ensure smooth communication across various platforms. Experience with Mac systems and Google Docs is a plus, but most importantly, we are looking for someone enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist clients with questions and concerns regarding HOA policies, accounts, and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of client requests.
- Maintain and update client records using internal software systems.
- Attend board and annual meetings in the evenings to provide support, document minutes, and address client questions.
- Generate and share reports, documents, and updates as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance overall team functionality.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a client-focused or service-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Mac systems and Google Docs (preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
