We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Non-Medical Home Care Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a sales team to ensure the achievement of company goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the home care industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
Client Retention : Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Sales Reporting : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management, and adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications :
