Administrative Support:
Job Summary
We are currently seeking two motivated individuals to join our team as Office Administrator & Inside Sales Support. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a structured, supportive, and dynamic environment, offering a 40-hour workweek and real work-life balance (NO open houses or buyer babysitting). Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist the Executive Assistant with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization (lobby, conference room, kitchen, common areas).
- Complete monthly mailings on time and track advertising responses.
- Manage the company’s contact database, ensuring leads and their sources are tracked accurately.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, photocopying, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
Inside Sales Support:
- Follow up with and nurture inbound sales inquiries (no cold calls).
- Manage the sales pipeline, converting leads into appointments.
- Qualify leads to accurately communicate motivation, timing, and financial specifics to real estate agents.
- Make outbound calls and send texts to schedule appointments and coordinate real estate opportunities.
- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections effectively.
Experience & Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales ability and/or administrative experience.
- Exceptional phone skills with the ability to set and close appointments.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to company success.
- Experience in real estate or inside sales is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
