Responsibilities:- Follow up on all leads in a timely manner
- Uncover the priorities of the buyers by doing a needs assessment (fact finding conversation) and then locate homes that match their needs and wants and show them the homes
- Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, collaborative, servant leader approach
- Driven to earn more than $100,000
- SC real estate license or willing to get one
- Works well in a self-directed manner
- Aptitude for learning
