Compensation :
100,000 - guaranteed or we pay the difference
Responsibilities :
- Follow up on all leads in a timely manner and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
- Uncover the priorities of the buyers by doing a needs assessment (fact finding conversation) and then locate homes that match their needs and wants and show them the homes
- Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, collaborative, servant leader approach
- Driven to earn more than $100,000 and provide exceptional customer experiences
- SC real estate license or willing to get one
- Teachable with a strong work ethic
- Works well in a self-directed manner and a great team player
