What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Setter - Inside Sales position at Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty?
- We are seeking THREE highly motivated & talented Inside Sales Associates. ISAs are the backbone of our success & one of our most important positions! You will focus on following up with motivated buyer & seller leads to set appointments for our agents.
- We offer a competitive salary plus commissions & benefits package for a 40-hour Workweek.
- Flexible Shifts - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. or 10:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (must work two late shifts weekly, earning 4 extra PTO annually.
- PTO & vacation days after 90 days. Paid Holidays - 10 PTO days annually & 7 major holidays paid.
