Overview
Credit Union is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Leader to oversee operations at our financial institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate their team while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Duties
- Lead and manage branch operations to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operation automation.
- Develop, implement and maintain strong operational policies and procedures for the branch and assist in back-office staff to ensure compliance.
- Provide training and mentorship to branch staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee operations, member services and day-to-day transactions including but not limited to deposits, loan preparation, processing and funding, and proper logging in compliance with internal controls.
- Analyze financial reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement in sales management.
- Maintain effective communication with upper management regarding branch performance and challenges.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong background in financial sales and sales management, demonstrating the ability to drive results.
- Knowledge of lending servicing processes and basic math skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and the Bank Secrecy Act is a plus.
- Excellent team management skills with a focus on developing talent within the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
