Training:
We will provide 40-60 hours of field training. We believe that the learning curve is of paramount importance for our new hires. We take the time to educate our new staff on how to best tackle the position in which they are filling. We believe by investing time in training we will set up our new employees for success
Job description
This is position is best filled by an individual with some experience in the insurance industry. This is not a requirement but due to the learning curve, previous experience within the insurance world would certainly help expedite the training period. This position is best filled with an individual that knows how to multitask and make excellent use of time management. Organization is a must for our next pre-litigation assistant. This position is extremely detail oriented and does take some creative thinking.
Please note: Candidate must be able to commute within the state of Florida; Fort Myers, Naples, Miami, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, Port St. Lucie, etc.
Position Responsibilities:
- Speaking with firm clients
- Attending home inspections (out of office) in a timely manner
- Obtaining relevant claim documents from clients
- Communicating with office personnel
Position Requirements:
- Comfortability with articulating information over the phone.
- Office Organization (Able to balance and organize your day, where you can make best use of your time and understand the order of importance when it comes to tasks and responsibilities).
- Must be able to utilize your own vehicle
- Must be able to carry up to 25 pounds
- Quick to learn
- Google Calendar – 1 year or more.
- Microsoft (Excel/Outlook/Word) 1 year or more.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a MUST
- Customer service – 1 year or more

Salary: $40,000.00 per year plus incentives.
