SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION:
We seek a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will create and schedule content, engage with followers, and analyze metrics across multiple social media platforms. This position supports our Design team with executing social strategies for select client accounts. They will analyze current marketing efforts' statistics, data, and performance to strategize, craft, and execute plans for increasing these clients’ online presence. This role will work closely with LinkedIn, Instagram, and the social media management platform Loomly.

Pay Range: $21.63 - $23.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Leads the effort to strategize, plan, curate, and develop content to implement for the Manufacturer and Agent social media channels
- Manage day-to-day publishing across client social media channels
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement
- Analyze metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the Design team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Leads and manages the social media onboarding process for new clients
- Coordinates formatting and gathering of graphics with our design team and clients
- Develops enhanced copywriting for social media initiatives
- Maintains company brand and customer brand profiles with updates to general company information, daily maintenance of products, images, advertisements, news, literature, and video content updates
- Reports on monthly and quarterly analytics to the internal Design team and to Clients
- Provides updates and news for inclusion in our software’s (The Lighting Exchange) news section
- Other duties as needed to support the team and clients as their brands grow
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience with proven experience in creating and executing social media content with a strong portfolio
- Exemplary customer service and client relationship skills
- High organizational skills and strong project management skills
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Must be a team player for strategy and a self-starter that can work independently for implementation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Understanding of good design, design eye for graphics
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Loomly) and analytics tools
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software
- Ability to create visual descriptions of findings and present them to staff at varying levels in the organization
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing software and platforms
Salary : $22 - $24
