About the Role:
The Client Experience Coordinator & Administrative Assistant will be the cornerstone of our operations, providing exceptional client service and supporting the team with critical administrative and operational tasks. Your mission will be twofold:
- Deliver unparalleled service to clients, ensuring their needs are met quickly and professionally.
- Free up agents’ time to focus on growing the business.
What You'll Do:
Client Service & Coordination:
- Be the first point of contact for clients: manage multiple phone lines, direct inquiries, and ensure seamless communication.
- Provide top-notch client service by handling requests (ID cards, billing, general inquiries) and ensuring satisfaction.
- Welcome in-office appointments and guide clients through an “awesome customer experience.”
- Conduct follow-ups with new clients at 30 and 60 days to ensure satisfaction and explore cross-sell opportunities.
- Be or be willing to become a notary public for wills and trusts program.
Administrative Support:
- Input and update client information in the CRM system with precision.
- Manage office supplies and seminar refreshments, ensuring everything is stocked and ready.
- Track and organize agent sales events, office bills, and other key metrics using spreadsheets.
- Handle mail, prepare handwritten holiday cards, and support day-to-day office operations.
Seminar & Event Assistance:
- Confirm attendance for seminar registrants, follow up with no-shows, and coordinate event logistics.
- Ensure refreshments and materials are ready for in-house events.
Proactive Problem-Solving:
- Take initiative to handle tasks that save agents time, including outbound calls to carriers, prospects, and clients.
- Maintain a “Do What’s Needed” mindset to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for seminars.
- Location: In-office, Lapeer, MI.
- Compensation: Competitive salary with opportunities for advancement and performance-based bonuses.
- PTO: 10 days annually, with rollover up to 30 days by year three. Paid federal holidays included.
