What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Assistant position at Your Management & Real Estate Group Inc.?
Fast-growing Property Management company seeking an entry-level assistant. This is a part-time position and requires both office and fieldwork. You will work directly with the office Executive and assist in the day-to-day property management duties.
Responsibilities/Duties may include;

- Serving notices
- Perform building & apartment inspections
- Establish and manage vendor relationships and supervise contracts
- Go over maintenance work orders
- Oversee tenant relations, which includes taking tenant phone calls, requests, and concerns.
- Collecting rent and responding to tenant complaints
- Completing paperwork relating to low-income housing tax credits, rental subsidies, maximum rent calculations
- Additional duties as assigned, but not limited to, assigning additional paperwork that will be needed
