What are the responsibilities and job description for the CF601- Split Shift Nanny/FA for 3 (ASAP Start) position at Your Nanny Boutique?
We have a fantastic family in Califon in search of a Split Shift Nanny/Family Assistant for their three children ages 9, 14, and 17.
Location: Califon
Start Date: ASAP (flexible)
Commitment Time Frame: Long term, multiple years into the future
Schedule:
Option #1 (ideal) M-F 7a-8a & 3p-630p (22.5 guaranteed hours)
Option #2 M-F 3p-630p (17.5 guaranteed hours)
Option #3 M-F 7a-8a & 3p-630p & additional hours in middle of the day (30 guaranteed hours)
The Children:
17yo girl
- high school senior
- independent, no care required
14yo boy
- freshman in high school
- also very independent
9yo boy
- primary responsibility of the nanny
- homework supervision
Qualifications:
- Experienced, established, and independent
- Intuitive and self starter
- Loving but firm, maintains house rules and boundaries
- Can create a supportive and structured environment
- Patient, calm, and strong communication skills
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Pets: cat and 2 small dogs, limited care for the animals but should be pet friendly
- Meals: for family. Focus on variety for the youngest
- Laundry: for children (if working extending hours household laundry will be requested)
- Light Housekeeping: tidying, organization, and maintainence of common areas
- Driving: required, family car available.
Additional details: Mom & dad both work full time.
Vaccine Requirements: Initial doses of COVID Vaccine Required
The family is offering a generous weekly pay based on the guaranteed hours along with paid vacation, holidays, and sick/personal days.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
