What are the responsibilities and job description for the NVF501 PT Nanny/Mother's Helper for Twins (Fall Start) position at Your Nanny Boutique?
We have a great return family in New Vernon in search of a Part Time Nanny/Mother's Helper for their two children ages 2 and 2.
Location: New Vernon
Start Date: Fall 2025 (Open to Summer Start)
Commitment Time Frame: Long term, at least 1 year
Schedule:
Mon and Wed (could do Mon and Fri)
Ideally early in the morning 7:30am-1:30pm
The Children:
2 year old boy/girl twins-
Daughter is strong willed
Son is sweet and sensitive, very easy going
Twins starting preschool in the Fall (2 mornings)- love to be outside as much as possible
Minimal screen time
Keeping them engaged with the library, local activities and classes
Qualifications:
Twin OR experience with similarly aged children would be great
Nanny- patient, confident with toddler discipline and behavior
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Pets: golden retriever
- Meals: heating up food for the kids
- Laundry: not needed
- Light Housekeeping: tidying up after the kids
- Driving: Mom will do most of the driving, but it would be great if the nanny could drive occasionally, but it's not required. Family car available.
- Travel: nothing planned
Additional details: Mom is around and would love someone to be a partner during their outings.
Vaccine Requirements: Yearly Flu Shot Required, Updated TDAP Vaccine Required, MMR
The family is offering a generous weekly pay based on the guaranteed hours along with paid vacation, holidays, and sick/personal days.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
