Job Opportunity: Spravato Coordinator (Part-Time)

Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM
At Your North Wellness, we are dedicated to helping our community navigate their journey to overall wellness. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Spravato Coordinator to join our team part-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare coordination who has a passion for supporting patients struggling with major depression and anxiety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patients’ active insurance coverage and benefits eligibility.
- Collect copayments and manage billing-related tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Perform prior authorizations for Spravato treatments.
- Enroll patients in Spravato and applicable savings programs.
- Order and track inventory to ensure medications are available for scheduled treatments.
- Collaborate with patients, providers, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Experience in healthcare coordination or related administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Preferred:
- Experience with prior authorizations and insurance benefits verification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for scheduling and documentation.
Compensation:
- $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience.
