Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Engage in direct sales activities, presenting products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage assigned territory effectively, maintaining relationships with existing clients and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating product benefits to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong skills in analyzing data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and services.

Pay: $50,460.00 - $80,461.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
