Duties
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
- Utilize hand tools and power equipment for landscape maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper irrigation.
- Conduct tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance.
- Operate irrigation systems and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, hand tools, and mechanical equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
