Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation.
- Conduct tree care operations, ensuring the health and aesthetics of trees within designated areas.
- Maintain gardens and landscaped areas by implementing proper horticultural practices.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
- Build and install landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of tree care, lawn care techniques, and irrigation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Experience in building landscape features is a plus.
