Job Summary
YPGA is seeking a passionate and skilled Landscape Technician to contribute to our growing team. As a full-service company specializing in landscaping, tree care, lawn care, snow removal, and garden maintenance, we are looking for team members who thrive in diverse outdoor projects and are dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, and mulching.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, skid loaders, trucks, trailers, and other tools.
- Prune shrubs and trees to promote health, safety, and aesthetics.
- Interpret maps, project plans, and work orders to execute landscaping projects efficiently.
- Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance outdoor spaces.
- Take part in designing, constructing, and maintaining various outdoor projects, including hardscaping and softscaping.
- Contribute to seasonal tasks such as snow removal during winter months.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, tree care, and garden management.
- Proficiency in operating landscaping tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of outdoor services and industry best practices.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- A commitment to safety, detail-oriented work, and team collaboration.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
