What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver/Personal Assistant position at Your Personalized Care Services, LLC?
We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide assistance with daily living and personal care services in accordance with an established Support Plan. We offer a variety of non-medical services that allow individuals with intellectual disabilities to remain in their homes.
Schedule: M-F, TBD.
Positions Available:
- 1 Position
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals in their homes with activities of daily living while helping them meet their personal goals.
- Complete daily living skills
- Attend medical appointments
- Provide verbal prompting to complete personal care tasks
- Offer companionship and engage in activities that promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Perform housekeeping, laundry, and organization tasks
- Prepare meals and cook
- Assist with shopping
- Observe and document progress
- Demonstrate physical stamina and the ability to lift/move heavy objects or assist with transfers as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Caring and compassionate personality
- At least one year of experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Current CPR certification
- First Aid training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
