Position: Commercial Insurance Producer – Property & Casualty
?? Location: Woodbridge/ Fredericksburg area (Hybrid available, VA residency preferred)
?? Compensation: Salary Commission (starting at $45,000 - $65,000 per year)

What You’ll Do:
? Market and sell new Commercial Insurance policies
? Meet and exceed sales goals
? Cross-sell within the current book of business
? Maintain confidentiality and client trust
What We’re Looking For:
?? 1 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Producer or Account Manager
?? Ability to work in-office preferred (Hybrid available)
?? P&C Insurance Licenses for Virginia (or ability to obtain quickly)
?? Extra points for proficiency in MS Office, Hawksoft/Salesforce, Slack
?? Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
