As an Employee Benefits Producer at Your-Policy, you’ll help clients across all industries to develop, obtain, and manage effective employee benefits strategies that help the companies grow and maintain a healthy, thriving workforce. Employee Benefits Producers are responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintain valuable relations with prospects and clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and acquire new business revenue through direct business to business sales
- Collaborate with other sales verticals to introduce Your-Policy’s full product line to broaden the scope and impact of client relationships (Commercial P&C, Payroll, etc.)
- Consult with clients and demonstrate deep technical expertise to reduce cost, risk and improve the overall competitiveness of benefits plans
- Build and maintain effective relationships across the company that are consistent with our workplace culture
Requirements
- 2 years consultative B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits administration or adjacent industries
- Demonstrated success developing new business as well as maintaining existing clients
