We are seeking personal lines superstars to join the team! YourPolicy is going through impressive growth, and it's never been a better time to join. Ideally we are seeking a personal lines professional with 1-2 years’ experience who is looking to join a people first organization. You will manage and service clients, sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolios. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth and increase our firm’s reputation.
Responsibilities
- Market new insured requested policies for personal lines
- New business production
- Manage customer relations by reviewing quotes, reviewing current policies, offering new carrier quotes, or policy review of current carrier
- Develop marketing strategies to drive new business promote all types of new insurance contracts.
- Grow and foster productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
- Evaluate individual customer's needs and financial status to propose protection plans that meet their criteria.
- Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services.
Skills
- Proven working experience as an insurance agent or relevant experience.
- Familiarity with all types of personal lines insurance and hold a P C license
- Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis.
- Ideally you are bilingual (Spanish speaking)**
- Proven ability to work with goals, coachable.
- Creative and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
