A Little About the Role:
· This role supports an existing book of personal lines insurance clients. You'll be someone clients can rely on—offering smart solutions, anticipating their needs, and always delivering with heart. You’ll thrive here if you:
· Have 2–3 years of personal lines insurance experience
· Hold an active P&C license
· Can work independently and love staying organized
· Understand personal lines products and enjoy helping clients make sense of their coverage
· Find joy in solving problems and making things easier for others
· Value collaboration and are open to streamlining and improving workflows
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Reviewing client policies and offering helpful guidance
· Shopping and remarketing coverage when needed
· Building trust and long-term relationships with clients
· Working closely with virtual assistants and teammates to create smoother processes
· Sharing ideas that make our team stronger and more efficient
