What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager position at Your Quick Offer?
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial acquisitions manager to join our rapidly growing real estate wholesaling operation.
***This is a fully remote commission based position***

Qualifications:
⁃ At least 2 years experience in real estate acquisitions
⁃ Must have exceptional communication skills.
⁃ Must have experience in negotiating.
⁃ Must be ambitious!
⁃ Cannot be afraid of cold calling.
⁃ Can work independently with no distractions in a high paced environment.
Responsibilities:
⁃ Must be able to make 100-200 calls daily.
⁃ Speak and build rapport with homeowners/potential sellers
⁃ Run comps, make offers, and negotiate with sellers.
