Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Manage reservations bookings and confirmations with a focus on providing exceptional customer service .
- Communication & Support : Interact with clients via phone email and chat to assist with inquiries itinerary updates and travel adjustments.
- Data Entry & Transaction Management : Accurately input client information process payments and issue invoices or receipts as needed.
- Travel Research & Coordination : Stay informed on travel trends destinations and industry policies to provide expert recommendations
