Our Host Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vacation Coordinator. What You'll Do :
Book travel reservations, including handling inquiries, making bookings, and confirming availability
Communicate with clients through phone and email to address inquiries, changes, and cancellation
Partner with vendors to source hotels and venues and negotiate contracts
Process payments, issue invoices, and provide receipts as necessary
Build client relationships and generate leads to grow your business
Ensure all travel arrangements are accurately documented and meet client expectations

You build relationships with both internal teams and external vendors and help facilitate decision-making
You think creatively and are comfortable resolving issues independently
You excel at multitasking and managing multiple priorities effectively
Experienced in creating engaging social media content and managing marketing campaigns
Requirements
Qualifications :
No experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing mentorship
Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively with other team members and external vendors
Familiarity with global travel regulations and requirements is a plus
Comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Able to work non-standard hours as required
