About the job:
We are seeking dedicated White Glove Delivery Drivers to ensure the smooth delivery and installation process of our reformer machines to our customers around the New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be well presented, friendly, helpful, honest and customer focused with a proactive, can-do attitude.
A high level of physical fitness is essential as equipment (reformer beds) lifting will be an integral part of this role (experience in the gym/furniture removals industry would be a bonus)You will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be capable of dealing with job challenges when they arise.As part of a small (but fabulous!) team, you will be highly valued. We like to run a calm, organised and fun show. As a family run business, we look after our team members.
Full car licence and own transport is essential. Delivery van/equipment and training provided.
Responsibilities:
- Careful pre-packing, loading, and unloading of products
- Comply with laws, regulations and OHS requirements
- Maintenance on beds when applicable
- Careful pre-packing, loading, and unloading of products
- Read and complete paperwork required
- Communicate regularly with the client prior to and during uplift & delivery.
- Regular cleaning and maintaining of the vehicles, and equipment
- Pitch in and help as part of the larger Your Reformer team as needed.
- Eager to learn and embrace change with a high level of professionalism
- Maintains a clean van
- Complying with traffic laws, and safe use of equipment/driving van/etc.
Skills
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in deliveries
- Strong sense of urgency
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- The ability to think on your feet
- Car licence with clean driving record
- Experience in the gym/furniture removals industry a plus
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
