Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store/Warehouse Associate with a solid background in social media marketing. This position involves assisting with store operations, managing inventory, and driving sales through effective use of platforms such as OfferUp, Marketplace, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and experienced in leveraging social media for sales and engagement. Exceptional performers will have the opportunity to advance to the Store Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers on the sales floor, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked store environment.
• Receive and process incoming shipments and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Manage inventory organization and perform regular stock counts.
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote products on OfferUp, Marketplace, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create appealing content, manage posts, and engage with the online community to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and objectives.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and contribute to team development.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in social media marketing and selling products on OfferUp, Marketplace, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
• Creativity and a penchant for content creation and engagement.
• Basic computer skills for managing inventory and social media platforms.
