Lead Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in remodeling and construction, with the ability to lead installation projects from start to finish. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and are completed efficiently. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Utilize power tools and other equipment safely and effectively during installations.
• Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and techniques in installation work.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.

Skills

• Skilled in the safe operation of power tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork.
• Versed in all aspects of glass handling and fabrication
• Installation of mirrors and shower doors
• Great driving skills with clean license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Experience:

• SHOWER DOOR INSTALLING: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

• Phoenix, AZ 85022: Relocate before starting work (Required)
